Pat is excellent, he is hard working and has a great eye for detail. I gave him a project with a quick turnaround, he not only completed it exquisitely, but he did so by practically starting the project from scratch after earlier blunders on our part. He was constantly on the phone with me and worked with me through every idea/comment/issue we had. He was one of the few contractors I've hired who I've actually felt like was a part of our team. He not only came through, he fixed other people's mess, all on a tight schedule. In one week my project went from catastrophe to success, and it was mostly because of Pat. Thanks again man!
